The Challenge
Since the Taliban’s return to power in 2021, girls in Afghanistan above the sixth grade have been banned from attending school. Universities are closed to women. With every passing day, their dreams of becoming doctors, engineers, writers—and changemakers—are slipping away.
But we refuse to let that happen.
Our Solution: Safe, Remote Learning
Dewa Trust is providing online education opportunities to Afghan girls, helping them continue learning safely from home. Through secure platforms, volunteer tutors, and carefully curated resources, we are delivering classes in English, Science, Math, and more.
These digital classrooms are more than a lifeline—they are a declaration of hope and resistance.
